a. Commitment is shown by making payments towards your chosen package.

b. You can take as many packages as you can afford in a year e.g., 2 x 12 months packages running at the same time or 6 x 4 months packages running at the same time.

c. Cut-off

i. 4 months

• The cut-off is in September
• You can run once a year, from January to December, so you will get 3 x 4 months packages in December.
• Can run 3 times a year, meaning you can get your groceries three times in one year.

ii. 8 months

• Cut-off is June (leeway is 2 months meaning your payment will be doubled for 2 months or can be structured to suit your needs)
• Runs once a year

iii. 12 months

• Cut-off is April (leeway is 4 months meaning your payments will be doubled for 4 months or whatever number of months you missed before the cut-off).
• Runs once a year 

There are 3 plans to choose from depending on your needs. There is a 4 months, 8 months, & 12 months plans

Yes, but only on the 8-month and 12-month plans.

• Choose between the following brands:  
• Maize meal – Choose between Iwisa and white star (Negotiable within calculated allocation)
• Rice – Choose between Spekko and Tastic (Negotiable within reason/ calculated range)
• Sugar – Choose between White and Brown – Any brand of choice
• Washing powder – Sunlight and Surf (Negotiable within reason/ calculated range)
• Toothpaste – Choose between Aqua Fresh and Colgate (Not negotiable)
• Tea – Rooibos (Freshpak or Laager) and Strong tea (Joko or Five roses) – mix and match within these brands (Not Negotiable)
•  Powder milk – Choose between Ellis brown or Cremora (Not negotiable) 

For the ease and convenience for our members, Stoka Fela accepts EFT, Bank deposits, & Shoprite Money market.

Remember to use your invoice number as a reference number when making a payment.

a. You are required to pay every month until the end of your package term

b. Contributions cannot be refunded.

If you are unable to maintain payments for your package and if you qualify for a downgrade then you will be downgraded to the lower packages.

• If your contributions to date, make up the total amount of any of the two lower packages then you qualify for a downgrade.
• · If your contributions are lower than the lowest package available, then you will receive staple items that are equivalent to your contributions.
• All payments must be made by the 15th of November. 

Yes, Stoka Fela delivers to areas in Gauteng only.

Delivery takes place at the end of your plan i.e. at the end of your 4 months, or 8 months, or 12 months plan.

The delivery charge is R250.

Yes, Our members can collect. The member will be provided a date and time for collection at a designated address.
